This role participates in the design, implementation, and support of highly available Data Center networks, ensuring performance, resilience, and operational stability. Their impact is critical to ensuring continuity of essential services and supporting strategic infrastructure modernization initiatives. **Hybrid work model (4x1\) at our Parque Patricios offices.** **What You’ll Do:** * Design and support network architectures for high-availability Data Center environments. * Design and implement Cisco, Arista, and Aruba solutions in critical production environments. * Administer and optimize Routing \& Switching technologies, including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, RSTP, MSTP, HSRP, VRRP, VLAN, VTP, and LACP. * Participate in network redesign, infrastructure modernization, and zero-downtime Data Center migration projects. * Implement and support regional initiatives such as SD\-WAN deployments across Latin America. * Monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring stability and rapid response to critical production incidents. * Collaborate with infrastructure, operations, and technology teams from our on-site offices in Parque Patricios, CABA. **What You Need:** * \+ 5 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting network infrastructure in Data Centers or critical environments. * \+ 5 years of experience in Routing \& Switching with protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, HSRP, VRRP, VLAN, and LACP. * \+ 5 years of experience working with Cisco, Arista, and Aruba technologies in high-availability environments. * \+ 5 years of experience supporting critical production incidents and optimizing network performance. * \+ 5 years of experience applying advanced English proficiency to technical documentation, meetings, and collaboration with global teams. * Advanced English **What Would Be Ideal (Preferred):** * \+ 5 years of experience with Arista EOS architectures featuring MLAG, EVPN, and VXLAN. * 5 years of experience with AWS Networking, Cisco ASA, and VMware vSphere. * \+ 5 years of experience in network automation and orchestration using Ansible, Rundeck, GitLab, or HPNA. * \+ 5 years of experience with monitoring and observability tools such as DX NetOps, Spectrum, ThousandEyes, and Splunk. **Our Culture:** Our aspiration is to move money and information in a way that moves the world.
