Partner with security and infrastructure teams for robust connectivity designs We are seeking a **Senior Cloud Engineer** to join our team. You will own the end\-to\-end strategy, design, and operations of the enterprise cloud networking estate. This role builds repeatable, secure, and scalable connectivity patterns that underpin the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) and enable development teams to move quickly without sacrificing governance. **Responsibilities** * Design and manage global Cloud WAN segments, network function groups, routing domains, and CIDR allocations * Own the cloud IP strategy in partnership with enterprise networking to prevent address conflicts and ensure future scalability * Define, document, and promote standard connectivity patterns, including VPC peering, Transit Gateway, Cloud WAN segment alignment, firewall integrations, ZTNA, and private endpoints * Maintain service\-based application layer routing and evaluate emerging solutions such as VPC Lattice for automation opportunities * Partner with security and infrastructure teams to ensure connectivity designs meet policy, performance, and resiliency requirements * Troubleshoot complex connectivity issues and drive root\-cause resolution across cloud and hybrid environments * Support migration initiatives moving workloads from legacy networks to standardized Cloud WAN and Cloud Firewall designs * Embed networking guardrails into the developer self\-service model to avoid bespoke "snowflake" solutions **Requirements** * At least 3 years of relevant professional experience * Strong background in large\-scale network engineering with a focus on public cloud, with AWS strongly preferred * Deep expertise with VPC architectures, subnetting, routing, segmentation, and IP address management (IPAM) * Proven experience architecting and operating AWS Cloud WAN, Transit Gateway, VPC peering, Direct Connect, site\-to\-site VPNs, and hybrid networking patterns * Familiarity with Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) concepts and cloud firewall integrations * Strong understanding of network security controls, observability, and performance tuning * Ability to define reusable design blueprints and codify them into self\-service workflows * Excellent collaboration skills for working with enterprise networking, security, and application teams * Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (B2\+ level or higher)
