All applicants will complete a live coding interview in their language of choice, and GenAI training will be provided. **Responsibilities** * Architect and build full\-stack solutions, AI agents, and platform modules to enable fast GenAI agent development, testing, and deployment * Develop developer tooling, CI/CD workflows, and observability frameworks for safe, rapid iteration, including evaluation tools, canary releases, rollback strategies, and cost/quality monitoring * Apply secure development lifecycle and privacy\-by\-design methodologies, including threat modeling and least privilege principles * Work closely with product, UX, and subject matter experts to deliver user\-focused solutions with measurable results * Utilize modern LLM approaches such as retrieval\-augmented generation, routing, tool integration, and evaluation to improve AI reliability, speed, trust, and cost efficiency * Lead by example through hands\-on technical leadership, architectural guidance, mentoring, and ownership of complex projects **Requirements** * At least 5 years of experience in professional software engineering roles * Minimum of one year in a leadership position managing and guiding development teams * Advanced full\-stack development expertise with Node.js, ReactJS, and TypeScript * Experience deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP * Skilled in CI/CD automation and Infrastructure as Code for streamlined deployments and environment management * Background in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to maintain system stability and scalability * Experience designing and executing quality engineering and testing strategies * Strong understanding of secure SDLC and privacy\-by\-design to ensure data protection and compliance * Proven track record of delivering secure, reliable, cloud\-native solutions to production * Excellent analytical skills, a sense of ownership, and effective cross\-team communication * English proficiency (written and spoken) at B2\+ level or higher **Nice to have** * Knowledge of Generative AI concepts for building advanced AI\-driven applications * Experience with LangChain for integrating language models into solutions * Familiarity with Microsoft Azure for deploying AI and cloud applications * Understanding of Model Context Protocol for managing interactions with AI models * Experience with Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG) to boost AI performance
