In this position, you will play a pivotal role in advancing GenAI\-driven capabilities across our product suite. All candidates will participate in a live coding assessment in their preferred programming language, and GenAI training will be provided. **Responsibilities** * Design and deliver full\-stack architectures, AI agents, and platform components to accelerate GenAI agent creation, validation, and rollout * Create developer tools, CI/CD pipelines, and observability systems to support rapid, safe iteration, including evaluation frameworks, canary deployments, rollback mechanisms, and cost and quality tracking * Implement secure development lifecycle and privacy\-first practices, such as threat modeling and least privilege access * Collaborate with product teams, UX specialists, and domain experts to produce user\-centered solutions with clear business impact * Apply advanced LLM methodologies like retrieval\-augmented generation, routing, tool integration, and evaluation to enhance AI reliability, efficiency, trust, and cost\-effectiveness * Provide hands\-on technical leadership, architectural direction, mentorship, and take responsibility for complex initiatives **Requirements** * Minimum of 7 years in professional software engineering roles * At least 2 years of experience leading and managing development teams, with the ability to guide technical direction, promote best practices, and ensure high\-quality outcomes * Participation in at least 2 full project cycles or involvement in multiple projects covering various stages of the development lifecycle * Advanced expertise in full\-stack development using Node.js, ReactJS, and TypeScript * Experience deploying and operating applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP * Proficiency in CI/CD automation and Infrastructure as Code for efficient deployment and environment management * Background in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to ensure robust and scalable systems * Experience in designing and implementing quality engineering and testing strategies * Deep understanding of secure SDLC and privacy\-by\-design principles for safeguarding data and ensuring compliance * Demonstrated history of delivering secure, reliable, cloud\-native solutions to production environments * Strong analytical thinking, ownership mentality, and effective communication across teams * English language proficiency (written and spoken) at B2\+ level or higher **Nice to have** * Familiarity with Generative AI principles for developing advanced AI\-powered applications * Experience using LangChain for building solutions with language models * Knowledge of Microsoft Azure for deploying AI and cloud\-based services * Understanding of Model Context Protocol for managing AI model interactions * Experience with Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance AI system capabilities
