To continue positively impacting more people’s lives, we are looking to add a **Senior Functional Analyst** to the Systems and Technology Directorate of Swiss Medical. **Your Impact** Behind every medical consultation, every diagnostic test, and every clinical decision, there are systems that must function properly and at the right time. In this role, you will be able to transform business needs into technological solutions that help millions of people live longer and better. **Responsibilities** * Provide support and maintenance for the solutions managed by the area, acting as the primary point of contact for users of the company’s software products and installed packaged solutions. * Manage configuration, tracking, and execution of requests; resolve incidents and improve the performance of platforms where products operate. * Adapt and evolve software solutions according to business needs identified with key users and general users. * Participate in system implementations and configuration of functionalities for new projects and evolutionary maintenance. * Design and execute unit, integration, technical, and regression tests, and participate in functional and user acceptance testing to ensure product quality and stability. * Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation (user manuals, procedures, guidelines, and training materials) to facilitate system deployment and adoption. * Participate in knowledge management and system configuration (both existing and developed), ensuring traceability among components. * Report on project and incident status and progress in which you participate. * Coordinate with vendors and third-party personnel during project implementation and solution maintenance. **Requirements** * Experience with Hospital Information Systems (HIS). * Advanced SQL language experience. * Knowledge of HL7 integrations and messaging. * Knowledge of medical services. * Experience in functional analysis and requirements gathering. * Ability to produce technical and functional documentation. * Experience interacting with multidisciplinary teams (IT, business, vendors).
