Job Summary: We are seeking professionals with Marketplace experience for the Digital Business Management team, aiming to identify opportunities and improvements for online products, delivering the best offerings to our customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify opportunities and weaknesses to improve conversion. 2. Analyze product assortment and suggest incorporating new products. 3. Improve product profitability on Banking Marketplaces. We seek professionals to join our Digital Business Management team with at least 2 years of Marketplace experience, preferably gained in retail companies. This role’s objective is to identify opportunities and improvements for products sold through the online channel, in order to offer our customers the best possible products. **Your main responsibilities will be:** Identify opportunities and weaknesses in listings to improve conversion results. Conduct assortment analysis and suggest incorporating new products. Improve the profitability of products sold on Banking Marketplaces. Perform price comparisons and detect deviations. Support the implementation of marketing campaigns within Banking Marketplaces. Monitor daily sales performance and commercial channel objectives. Requirements **Required:** Advanced student in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields. Experience in e-commerce, Marketplace, or business development commercial teams (mandatory). Excellent Excel proficiency. Experience managing Mercado Libre listings. Proficiency in Producteca, Nubimetrics, and Real Trends tools (mandatory). **Work Schedule and Location:** Monday to Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, in San Andrés, Partido de San Martín, under a hybrid model: 3 days remote and 2 days onsite.
