We are seeking a **Logistics Engineering Analyst** for the **Operations** area at our **PLN Distribution Center**. **PURPOSE OF THE POSITION** This position’s primary purpose is to lead automation and digitalization projects for Unilever’s Distribution Center logistics, leveraging new technological solutions and/or optimizing current operational processes. **MAIN OBJECTIVES WILL BE:** * Implement the **Robotics \& Automation** (R\&A) program for the site, leading cross-vendor project teams and ensuring on-time execution of projects within their scope and the estimated budget for each. * Analyze and explore technology-enabled solutions applied to logistics processes, with a focus on operational logistics efficiency. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:** * Lead technical and economic feasibility studies for assigned projects, including business case preparation. * Work on detailed engineering and technical specifications for each project. * Lead contractor teams to ensure adherence to project Gantt charts, commissioning, and ramp-up schedules, meeting Unilever’s established standards, timeline, and planned cost. * Implement necessary actions to maximize target equipment efficiency and outcomes. * Develop and analyze KPIs: productivity, efficiency, costs. * Identify and report deviations or issues during project execution, proposing effective solutions. * Design and propose continuous improvement projects to optimize processes and reduce logistics costs in collaboration with the Operations team and 3PLs. **WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE?** * Graduates or soon-to-graduate candidates from engineering programs. * Prior experience of 2\-4 years in engineering, production, and/or logistics engineering roles. * Knowledge and proficiency in AutoCAD. * Conversational English. * Project management and continuous improvement knowledge. * Analytical thinking, data-driven decision-making, and problem-solving skills. * Communication, leadership, and multidisciplinary teamwork abilities. * At Unilever, we aim to create transformative experiences for people.
