To continue positively impacting more people’s lives, we are looking to add a ***Junior Analyst Programmer*** to the Systems and Technology Directorate of Swiss Medical. **Responsibilities** * Provide updates on the status and progress of projects in which you participate, including approximate estimates of implementation time and resources. * Design detailed logic and write source code in your specialized technologies to build programs aligned with requirements specified by the technical lead or functional analyst, based on defined projects or maintenance tasks. * Perform unit, integration, technical, and regression testing; participate in functional and user acceptance testing to ensure product quality and stability. * Directly or indirectly collaborate in system implementation and/or configuration of functionalities according to project, business, or maintenance needs. * Adapt software solutions to business needs arising from key users and general users, reaching consensus with other stakeholders such as the technical lead and analysts, based on defined projects or maintenance tasks. * Collaborate in preparing the user manual and all supplementary documentation—including procedures, instructions, training activities, online help, personalized assistance, etc.—to support system deployment, usability, and adoption. * Participate in knowledge management, configuration management, and documentation of existing and newly developed systems, establishing control over component relationships. * Work jointly with vendors and third-party personnel on project implementation and solution maintenance **Requirements** * Proficiency in Web Programming languages: .NET and WebForms, Web Services, and Oracle Database PL/SQL. * Familiarity with agile methodology concepts. * Understanding of fundamental AI concepts: LLM, Agent, Skill, MCP, use of Cursor, VS \+ AI extensions or similar tools. **Benefits** Excellent career development opportunity. ️ Health insurance coverage for you and your family ️Additional vacation days.
