Brands and services that are relevant to those who use them and recognized for our commitment to leading regenerative businesses. **Role Type** Permanent **What will you be doing here?** Senior Fleet Analyst **What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?** **The position will primarily be responsible for the administrative management of Natura’s fleet, ensuring proper execution of processes as well as implementation of improvements and actions impacting the employee experience.** **Main Responsibilities:** * **Comprehensive fleet administration and control.** * **Monitoring of preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance.** * **Monitoring of suppliers, workshops, and external services.** * **Vehicle documentation control, including expiration dates, authorizations, insurance policies, and license plates.** * **Monitoring and management of accidents, traffic violations, and operational incidents.** * **Updating and analyzing management databases and KPIs.** * **Preparation of operational, accounting, and control dashboard reports.** * **Management and control of purchase orders, budgets, and area-related invoicing.** * **Contact and support for employees.** **Requirements:** * **Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (preferred)** * **Proactivity in adopting new technologies and innovations** * **Analytical ability and attention to detail.** * **Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented profile.** * **Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams.** * **Valid driver’s license (preferred)** \#LI\-RL1 **What will you find here?** We are more than just a workplace: we build and live the Well\-Being Ecosystem daily, based on the harmonious relationship between each individual, their surroundings, and the environment they are part of.
