




Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, solution-oriented individual with \ Key Highlights: 1. Lead the portfolio management of departments and coordinate maintenance. 2. Support land search and prospecting, as well as municipal procedures. 3. Serve as the operational liaison with the accounting team to ensure accurate information. We are looking for an exceptionally organized, solution-oriented individual with a "business instinct" to join a real estate development company located in Villa Pueyrredon, CABA. Your main challenges will be: Asset Management (Rentals): Lead the management of the department portfolio, handling contracts, IPC-based adjustments, tenant claims, and maintenance coordination—relieving the operational burden on the accounting department. Development & Real Estate: Support land search and prospecting, as well as procedures with municipalities, real estate agencies, and provincial authorities. Office Execution: Serve as the operational liaison with the accounting team to ensure validated information is delivered and deadlines are met seamlessly. What are we looking for in you? Education: Graduates or advanced students in Business Administration, Economics, Public Auctioneer, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 3 years in roles combining administrative management with commercial or field execution. Soft Skills: Strong persuasion ability, full autonomy to resolve issues without constant supervision, and excellent interpersonal skills. Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets. Knowledge of digital processing platforms (e.g., TAD or similar) is ideal. Mobility: Valid driver’s license and availability to travel within CABA/GBA. Work Schedule: In-person. Flexible arrangement (street / office, depending on agenda needs).
