MISSION Coordinate the work team to guarantee proper operation of company machinery and fleet through preventive, corrective, and improvement tasks. Main Responsibilities: Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment (gearboxes, pumps, bearings, pneumatic cylinders, etc.). Assembly and disassembly of mechanical and electrical components. Lubrication and alignment of moving parts. Diagnosis and repair of mechanical failures. Coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance tasks for machines and fleet to ensure their proper operation. Interpretation of mechanical and electrical drawings. Collaboration with other departments during plant shutdowns or improvement tasks. Main Responsibilities: General and technical mechanics. Basic welding (optional). Use of hand tools and measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, comparators). Electromechanical maintenance technician. Provide comprehensive support for both mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks, demonstrating versatility in resolving multitechnical failures. Execute both mechanical and electrical corrective and preventive maintenance tasks. Diagnose failures involving both systems (mechanical-electrical). Participate in equipment installations and improvements. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS o Secondary/tertiary technical degree in mechanical/electromechanical/electronic engineering (Mandatory) o Knowledge of mechanics (engines, transmission, machine assembly structures). o Knowledge of hydraulics (pumps / valves / circuits / schematics). o Knowledge of electromechanics (schematics / PLC / Software - Parker). o Ability to interpret integrated drawings (mechanical and electrical). o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. o Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001). o Proficiency in drawing software (AutoCAD) (Desirable). GENERAL EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: o 3–5 years of experience in similar leadership roles within road construction, agricultural, automotive, logistics, transportation, or related industries (Mandatory). WORKING CONDITIONS o Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 hrs. Full-time availability for on-call duties. o Employment Type: Permanent o Work Location: CABA.
