Job Summary: LOGIN FARMA is seeking a Secondary Packaging Manager to lead, plan, and supervise secondary packaging processes, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and good practices for health products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and plan secondary packaging tasks 2. Supervise production processes and ensure quality standards (GMP) 3. Manage deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions At LOGIN FARMA, a logistics company specialized in the health sector, we are looking for a Secondary Packaging Manager to join our team. What will be your main responsibilities? Plan and assign tasks within the secondary packaging department, ensuring its proper operation and leading the assigned team. Supervise and control secondary packaging production processes for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food products, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards and current regulations. Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across all departmental operations. Monitor areas, facilities, and equipment, ensuring hygiene and safety conditions for proper product storage. Manage deviations, complaints, and non-conformities, investigating root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Define and monitor management indicators, evaluating performance, process improvements, and operational risks. Train staff on operational procedures, quality standards, and good practices. What are we looking for in our team? We seek individuals with strong communication skills, solid decision-making ability, leadership, and planning capabilities. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and warehouse management systems, as well as knowledge of Good Practices, is required. Candidates with university degrees in Engineering, Pharmacy, Logistics, or related fields—and over 5 years of experience in similar positions—will be highly valued.
