The primary objective of this position is to lead the plant’s Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with the current ISO 9001 standard and corporate standards, promoting continuous improvement, and guaranteeing achievement of key business indicators. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and corporate guidelines. * Represent the plant before customers, suppliers, and internal and external audits. * Oversee the management of complaints and non-conformities, ensuring root cause analysis and effective corrective actions. * Monitor and analyze key indicators (Scrap, Scrap % COGS, COPQ, PP), defining and implementing action plans in response to deviations. * Design and implement the Continuous Improvement strategy aligned with plant and corporate objectives. Lead Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies. * Identify opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and efficiency improvement. * Serve as leader of the corporate savings and productivity program, consolidating and reporting monthly results to the corporate level. * Oversee capability analysis (PPk, CPk), control plans, and laboratory management. * Develop and train Quality and Production teams, fostering a culture of operational excellence. **What Will Make You Successful in This Role?** Completed university degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related field). Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Quality or Continuous Improvement roles within industrial plants. Experience leading cross-functional teams and projects. Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, Lean tools, capability analysis, and internal audits. Power BI (mandatory). Intermediate English (able to hold conversations). Strong results orientation and business economic perspective. Analytical and financial acumen. Excellent communication skills with operational and executive levels.
