If you have a solid background in quality management and valuable experience in the food industry, this is your opportunity! **Profile We Are Looking For:** * **Role:** Quality Leader (Exclusive: Preferably female). * **Sector:** Flexible Packaging Manufacturing. * **Specific Knowledge (Mandatory):** Proven experience or in-depth knowledge in the **Food** industry or having worked in a food manufacturing company. This *expertise* is crucial to ensure compliance with the highest standards of food safety and functionality of our food-contact packaging. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead, develop, and supervise the plant's Quality Management System (QMS). * Ensure all processes and products comply with national and international regulations, especially those applicable to food-contact packaging (e.g., BRC Packaging, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, etc., or equivalent standards). * Manage and coordinate internal and external audits. * Train personnel on quality, food safety, and good manufacturing practices (GMP). * Analyze quality metrics, propose, and implement continuous improvement actions. * Manage quality documentation and material specifications. **Requirements and Key Skills:** * University degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in Quality, preferably in the *packaging* sector or food industry. * Advanced knowledge of quality and food safety standards.
