Teamwork in a solid and collaborative professional environment Job Objective Develop and update technical documentation for large-scale projects, ensuring accuracy in general, detailed, and execution drawings. Prepare technical information and quantity take-offs required for project quotations, providing reliable support for cost analysis and technical and economic decision-making. **Responsibilities:** Technical documentation and drafting. Draw and update general, detailed, and execution drawings in AutoCAD. Maintain consistency among different documents, sheets, and technical specifications. Prepare clear and precise documentation for construction and presentations. Develop detailed construction drawings that ensure constructability. Review and adjust details based on technical management feedback. Coordinate incorporation of technical information from external engineering firms. Incorporate drawing revisions resulting from site surveys or project changes. Keep documentation updated until project closeout. Quotations and cost support Prepare preliminary project quantity take-offs, measurements, and metrics. Collaborate in quotation preparation based on technical documentation. Prepare supporting information for budgets and comparative analysis of design alternatives. Support the technical office and cost department in reviewing scopes, areas, and measurement criteria. Update quotation information in response to project changes, regulatory adjustments, or technical redefinitions. Experience participating in developments exceeding 2\.500 m². Proficiency in AutoCAD and advanced Excel skills. Experience preparing detailed construction drawings. **Preferred:** proficiency in modeling and complementary documentation software (Revit, BIM).
