Collaborative work in continuous process improvement Production Operator Job Summary At BarfFoodArg, a pioneer in natural pet food, we are looking for a committed and meticulous Production Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong willingness to perform varied tasks within the production and general maintenance areas. Responsibilities Preparation and mixing of food according to recipes and quality standards. Packaging, labeling, and sealing of products (bags, jars, or trays). Stock organization and control, including date labeling, storage, and restocking. Order assembly and coordination of deliveries with the distribution team. Cleaning and general maintenance of the work area, tools, machinery, and cold chambers. Receiving raw materials and controlling basic supplies (proteins, vegetables, packaging, labels). Requirements Committed, meticulous individual with a positive attitude. Experience in production tasks (preferred). Ability to work collaboratively in a team. Attention to detail and adherence to hygiene and safety regulations. Collaboration with the team in continuous process improvement and daily workflow optimization. Compliance with hygiene standards, safe food handling practices, and animal welfare requirements. This is an on-site position involving operational and manual tasks. Good physical condition, teamwork orientation, and flexibility to perform various tasks at the workplace are required. Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 15:00 hrs. Workplace: Paternal. Remuneration: To be agreed upon for 6 hours of work.
