




Position Summary: We are seeking a Planning Lead responsible for optimizing processes to support delivery, production, and financial objectives, collaborating with internal and external teams to resolve issues and implement improvements. Foster a collaborative work environment 🔍 **We are looking for a Planning Lead** responsible for planning, optimizing planning processes to support delivery, production, and financial (inventory) objectives, and working with various internal and external stakeholders to rapidly resolve issues and implement improvements. ✅ **What You’ll Do:** * Lead and advise the Planning and/or Scheduling team at the manufacturing plant. * Contribute to developing a strategic roadmap and be accountable for its execution. * Optimize planning processes to support delivery, production, and inventory objectives. * Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to rapidly resolve issues and implement improvements. * Provide direction, delegate tasks, and remove obstacles to achieve goals. * Ensure appropriate departmental coverage and backup as needed. * Conduct onboarding and cross-training for team members. * Provide support to other plants and/or planning teams as required. * Foster a collaborative work environment. 🔍 **Key Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. * 5 years of experience in planning, logistics, or manufacturing. * Experience leading and/or developing teams. * Proficiency in an ERP system, advanced planning system, analytics system, or equivalent. * Demonstrated ability to influence and motivate others. * Leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to make decisions and build consensus among stakeholders. * Experience managing ambiguous and complex situations. * Some experience effectively and discreetly resolving conflicts. **Our Commitment to a Culture of Inclusion & Belonging** Ecolab is committed to fair and equal treatment of associates and applicants and furthering the principles of Equal Opportunity to Employment.
