We are currently looking for a **Regional Materials Coordinator (LATAM)** to join a strategic regional project focused on implementing and consolidating the Inventory module in Oracle Cloud ERP across various LATAM countries. #### **Primary Role Objective:** You will be responsible for coordinating regional material and inventory management, leading the implementation of the Inventory module in Oracle Cloud ERP, ensuring stock reliability, process standardization, and proper system adoption across each country. You will act as the regional Key User for the module, serving as the functional reference for local teams and supporting operations, training, and assistance throughout the entire transformation process. This is an excellent opportunity for operationally oriented professionals with experience in inventory management and the ability to lead change initiatives in regional environments. #### **Your Main Challenges Will Include:** * Leading the implementation of the Inventory module across LATAM countries. * Coordinating with IT and local teams during deployment and adoption phases. * Overseeing accurate inventory administration and reconciliation across the region. * Ensuring consistency between physical stock and system records. * Monitoring inventory KPIs such as stock levels, coverage, turnover, and inventory discrepancies. * Identifying deviations and leading corrective action plans. * Acting as the functional reference and regional point of contact for the module. * Providing support and resolving queries from local teams. * Designing and delivering training on processes and system usage. * Developing support materials and guiding change management efforts. * Defining and standardizing regional processes for goods receipt, movements, adjustments, physical inventories, and monthly closings. * Interacting with managers and directors across different countries to communicate progress, risks, and improvement opportunities. * Driving continuous improvement and operational optimization initiatives. #### **Required Skills and Qualifications:** * 4+/5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management. * Experience in warehouse operations and stock control. * Experience in ERP implementation or usage (Oracle Cloud ERP preferred). * Solid knowledge of warehouse and inventory processes. * Advanced Excel and data analysis skills. * Experience delivering training or providing functional support (desirable). * Operationally focused profile with strong organizational skills and execution capability. * Clear communication skills, autonomy, and change management ability. * Ability to interact effectively with multiple regional stakeholders. **Employment Modality**: On-site, 4x1 schedule at Flores Plant, CABA.
