**Leading plastic industry company is seeking to hire a:** **MAINTENANCE MANAGER** TecPeople is working with an important client to help fill the position of Maintenance Manager at their industrial plant located in the southern area of Greater Buenos Aires. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment and facility operation. * Lead and train technical staff, promoting continuous improvement and a positive work environment. * Manage critical spare parts and ensure operational efficiency in coordination with other departments and suppliers. **PROFILE AND COMPETENCIES** Education: Engineering degree (mechanical, electromechanical, industrial or related field). Experience: Over 5 years in industrial plants, with technical leadership and team management experience.
