Job Description You must ensure that daily activities are carried out safely, effectively and efficiently. Manages team productivity by monitoring key indicators for proper decision-making. Requires skills and experience in work processes, use of procedures, and specialized technical expertise in analytical/scientific or operational methods to perform a wide range of tasks related to the maintenance of a production plant. May act as an operational team leader, providing technical guidance and coordinating the work of others. Responsibilities:* Reviews work packages and distributes tasks among disciplines, allocating resources to optimize their use. * Interacts with operations for work permit management. * Reports daily work progress to allow schedule adjustments when necessary. Reviews work status with vendors and originators and adjusts schedule accordingly. * Reassigns the person scheduled to perform the work to the next job if the equipment is not ready to execute maintenance on the originally assigned job. * Confirms that all scheduled sequences, jobs and job documentation are completed. Closes the work order. * Returns equipment to operations. * Acts as focal point in using shift procedures for maintenance activities. * For priority jobs, acts as planner and follows planner responsibilities. * Trains personnel when procedures/checklists/repair forms are not correctly completed. * Conducts field audits to ensure procedures are used according to local maintenance procedure usage policy. Experience: Tertiary degree (e.g., technician qualification) preferred plus maintenance, manufacturing or other related experience. Expected skills for this role: Teamwork, adaptability to demanding environments, availability to adjust to changing schedules when required, prior experience in personnel supervision, third-party service certification and project execution follow-up will be valued.
