Position Summary: We are seeking an IT Management Control Leader to lead the management control of the Technology area, ensuring indicator tracking and economic process efficiency. Key Points: 1. Lead the management control of the Information Technology area. 2. Ensure budget administration and process efficiency. 3. Promote continuous improvements in IT management. We are currently seeking an IT Management Control Leader. Their mission will be to lead the management control of the Information Technology area, ensuring indicator tracking, proper budget administration (Opex and Capex), and the efficiency of the area’s economic and administrative processes. Key Responsibilities: Define, monitor, and analyze IT area management indicators. Prepare, administer, and update the Budget and Forecast (Opex and Capex). Analyze monthly variances, accruals, and accounting reclassifications. Coordinate the management of purchase requests, purchase orders, and goods receipts. Supervise invoice control and vendor payment management. Promote continuous improvements in IT management processes. Knowledge and Requirements: Degrees in Administration, Economics, Public Accounting, Engineering, or related fields. Specialization in Management Control or Finance is valued. Prior experience in management control, planning, or finance. Experience in budget management for IT departments or technology projects. Interaction with corporate departments and vendors. Conditions Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., hybrid work model.
