You will be the operational manager of the warehouse: you will coordinate and supervise the receipt of goods, order preparation, customer delivery, and loading of delivery trucks, ensuring order, safety, and compliance with operation times.

• Control, together with the loading and unloading supervisor, the dispatch of local delivery trucks, ensuring that the correct items are loaded on time.
• Lead a team of approximately 5 yard operators, in addition to the loading and unloading structure: organize and distribute tasks, prepare schedules, and communicate objectives.
• Perform the daily closing of operations and shift handover, reporting progress, pending items, and deviations.
• Provide support in stock control through cycle counts and inventories, and ensure that each item is in its assigned location.
• Supervise the use of gantry cranes and forklifts, enforce Health and Safety regulations and the use of PPE, and maintain the order and cleanliness of the sector.
• Propose improvements in processes, infrastructure, and equipment.
