Collaboration with stakeholders to build communication solutions. At **Ecolab**, we are looking for an **Internal Communications Intern** to join our team in **Buenos Aires**. This role will be instrumental in supporting and amplifying the impact of culture and engagement initiatives, ensuring messages reach our various audiences clearly, creatively, and effectively. We seek a self-motivated, creative individual eager to make an impact—someone who wants to help transform ideas into communication experiences that resonate with teams. **What impact will you make?** You will play a central role in developing and implementing an **internal communication program focused on culture, recognition, and well-being**, contributing to improved employee experience and enhanced perception of organizational support. **What will you do?** * Design and execute internal communication initiatives that support business culture and engagement efforts. * Develop creative content for various channels (email campaigns, newsletters, digital platforms, visual assets), ensuring consistency and reach across communications. * Identify and propose improvements to communication channel usage, optimizing impact based on different audiences (offices, plant sites, remote workers, multiple countries). * Highlight recognitions, achievements, and internal initiatives, promoting a culture of positive feedback and celebration. * Support communication of strategic results and initiatives, reinforcing the connection between daily work and business objectives. * Collaborate on communicating well-being initiatives, helping increase visibility and employee participation. * Measure communication impact and propose data-driven adjustments. * Work closely with stakeholders across departments to co-create effective communication solutions. **Who are we looking for?** * Students pursuing degrees in Communications, Advertising, or related fields, with at least 1.5 years remaining until graduation. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Proficiency with digital tools: Microsoft Office, Canva or similar, and collaborative platforms (Teams, SharePoint). * Interest in internal communications, organizational culture, and employee engagement. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Creativity, proactivity, and curiosity. **Work Model**: Hybrid arrangement with in-office presence at the Retiro offices. **Schedule**: 4 hours per day, preferably in the afternoon. **Our Commitment to an Inclusive and Belonging Culture** Ecolab is committed to fair and equal treatment of all employees and applicants, and to promoting equal employment opportunity principles.
