It serves as the liaison between R\+D, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing, guaranteeing that projects are implemented safely, efficiently, and aligned with business objectives. The position contributes to sustainable business growth by introducing new products, formulation improvements, packaging changes, and production process optimizations, ensuring compliance with Unilever’s quality, safety, and cost standards. Because at Unilever, we don’t just develop innovations—we bring them to life for millions of consumers. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Lead the execution of Home Care innovation projects on-site, from feasibility assessment through post-launch stabilization. * Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to defined timelines, budgets, and scope. * Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, risk analyses, and mitigation plans. * Coordinate industrial trials, validations, and production scale-ups for new products or portfolio modifications. * Serve as the primary point of contact between Manufacturing and Innovation, R\+D, and Marketing functions. * Ensure availability and readiness of materials, equipment, documentation, and required quality standards for each project. * Monitor key project metrics and report progress to stakeholders. * Lead resolution of technical and operational issues arising during innovation implementations. * Ensure compliance with Unilever’s Safety, Quality, Environment, and Performance standards. * Identify continuous improvement opportunities to simplify processes and accelerate innovation implementation. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Graduate or advanced student in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * 2–5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Projects, or Continuous Improvement. * Experience as a Demand Planner, Production Planner, Manufacturing Planner, Project Analyst, Process Engineer, or similar roles within manufacturing environments. * Knowledge of project management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams. * Analytical capability and problem-solving skills. * Intermediate level of spoken and written English. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Prior experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industries. * Knowledge of product industrialization and innovation processes. * Proficiency with tools such as SAP: Roadmaps (viewing and editing), Stock and Warehouse Management, Quality-related transactions (blocked, released, or quality inspection material). * Power BI, Power Automate, or project management platforms. * Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma).
