As a **Player\-Coach**, you’ll have your hands on the keyboard while also being responsible for orchestrating the team, designing the migration architecture (from .NET Core to Serverless), and ensuring that the elite team maintains cohesion and delivery pace. **Requirements** * **\+7 years** of total software development experience * **\+2 years** in **Technical Leadership / Lead Developer** roles within agile teams * **\+4 years** of solid experience with **Angular (v12\+)** and **Node.js/TypeScript** * **\+3 years** of experience with **AWS cloud architectures** (Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, etc.) * Proven prior experience with **.NET Core (3\.1\)** to understand and migrate legacy logic * Mastery of **migration patterns** (Strangler Fig, Anti\-Corruption Layer) * Experience implementing **CI/CD pipelines** with Quality Gates * Knowledge of **serverless** and **event\-driven architectures** on AWS * Ability to design **domain\-driven decoupled architectures** **Desirable** * Experience in **industrial domains** (OEE, plant KPIs, telemetry) * **AWS Architect certifications** (Solutions Architect, Advanced Networking) * Prior experience leading **complex technology migrations** * Knowledge of **Infrastructure as Code** (Terraform, CDK) * Background in **IoT or real\-time systems** **Soft Skills** * Hands\-On Technical Leadership * Architecture \& Design * Team Orchestration * Total Ownership **Benefits** Remote work model Participation in a high\-impact regional strategic project.
