Job Summary: We are seeking Entry-Level Operators to perform general operational tasks on the production floor, adhering to procedures and standards of quality, safety, and hygiene. We support major production plants with specialized technical services. We are currently seeking Entry-Level Operators to join our production team. Position Purpose To carry out general operational tasks within the production plant, complying with established procedures and company-defined standards of quality, safety, hygiene, and productivity. Responsibilities Carry out instructions from the Plant Supervisor promptly and accurately. Perform production tasks in accordance with established operating procedures. Handle and control parts and materials according to technical specifications. Use hand tools, assigned equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area in compliance with the 5S methodology. Record basic data on forms or simple systems. Report any deviations, anomalies, or unsafe conditions identified during the process. Collaborate on rework or operational support tasks when required. Position Requirements Education Completed secondary education (technical orientation preferred). Experience Prior experience in industrial, production, or metal-mechanical environments is desirable. Basic knowledge of production processes. Safe handling of hand tools. Commitment to safety and hygiene standards. Conditions Work on an industrial production floor. Full-time schedule.
