For an important project at a steel industry plant in San Nicolás de los Arroyos, we are seeking **Technicians with expertise in Electrical, Electronics, and Mechanical fields.** Your **mission** is to safely and efficiently carry out preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks on plant assets, ensuring maximum availability while strictly adhering to safety procedures and quality standards. Your **main responsibilities** will include: * Performing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance tasks as described in work orders, recording time spent and materials and resources used in the maintenance management system. * Carrying out work safely and complying with all safety, environmental, quality, and best-practice guidelines. * Reporting relevant technical findings observed during task execution and providing feedback on completed work. * Participating in training sessions and mentoring new personnel joining the department. * Participating in inspections of dismantled plant equipment, assessing damage, and determining repair scope. * Participating in the development of specific maintenance procedures. * Performing tasks in compliance with the 5S program. **Minimum requirements:** At least 3 years’ experience as a maintenance technician in continuous production process plants.
