Position Summary: We are seeking a Financial Controller to join our Administration & Finance team, responsible for cash flow, financial reporting, and accounting support within a metal-mechanical industry. In this opportunity, we are looking for a candidate to join our Administration & Finance team in the position of 'Financial Controller'. Position Objective: - To be responsible for the preparation and monitoring of the company’s cash flow and financial reporting, ensuring reliable and timely information for decision-making. Additionally, to provide accounting support for the accounting process, monthly closings, and annual budgeting, contributing to financial efficiency and industrial management control. Main Responsibilities: • Prepare and monitor the company’s cash flow. • Conduct financial forecasting (forecast / FCST) and variance analysis. • Prepare and analyze financial and management reports for decision-making. • Participate in the preparation and control of the annual budget (BDG). • Perform bank and accounting reconciliations. • Provide accounting support for monthly closings. • Analyze deviations between actual and projected results, proposing improvement actions. • Collaborate in fund control and administration. • Ensure the quality and consistency of reported financial information. Requirements: • Advanced student or graduate in Public Accounting. • 3–5 years of experience in finance / management control positions, preferably in industrial or automotive component sector companies. • Experience in cash flow, budgeting, reporting, and reconciliations. • Solid accounting knowledge. • Advanced Excel proficiency. • 100% on-site work mode (Avenida Circunvalación km 4 1/2, Los Olmos Sur neighborhood) Benefits: • 100% covered lunch (a monthly Gift Card is provided for purchasing goods at Dinosaurio Group supermarkets) • Annual performance bonus. • Swiss Medical health insurance for you and your dependent family members. • On-site parking.
