Accompany safety walkthroughs. * 5S Implementation: implementation of the 5S tool. Lead the implementation of the 5S program. * Focused Improvements: establish teams with defined objectives and monitor their activities. * Support improvement projects. **Required Profile:** * Graduate of Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering or related fields (mandatory). * Experience in Continuous Improvement, Quality or Processes areas (mandatory). * Good level of Excel and Microsoft tools (mandatory). * Intermediate level of English (mandatory). * Knowledge of tools such as Power BI (desirable). * Experience in the area and industry. * 100% on-site work mode at the plant. **Location:** Puerto General San Martin, Santa Fe.
