If you are a graduate or about to graduate in **Accounting**, and available for full-time employment, we have an opening for you as a **Compensation Analyst** at our **Campana** plant. **Main Responsibilities:** Analyze and manage organizational structures and compensation for employees covered by collective bargaining agreements at Tenaris Argentina. Evaluate positions and administer employee compensation, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines, collective agreements, and alignment with business strategy. Generate and analyze labor cost information and impacts of various salary measures. * Manage compensation processes for employees covered by collective bargaining agreements, ensuring consistency, internal equity, and regulatory compliance. * Analyze organizational structures under your scope, promoting progressive standardization across Tenaris. * Analyze and forecast labor costs, evaluating impacts of salary changes, collective agreements, and business scenarios. * Interact frequently with operational areas across all levels (from shop-floor workers to directors of various lines) at different plants. * Serve as the subject-matter expert on labor costs for Accounting and Planning departments. **Requirements:** * Graduate or about to graduate in **Accounting** * Intermediate English *Tenaris offers you the opportunity to create something new and extraordinary every day.* ***We invite you to discover it—apply now!***
