




Position Summary: We are seeking a Collections and Administrative Support Analyst to manage collections and provide operational support, with a responsible and organized profile. Key Points: 1. Customer collections management and current account follow-up. 2. General administrative tasks and support to other departments. 3. We are an importer and distributor of Fashion, Urban, and Sports Footwear, and we are looking for a Collections and Administrative Support Analyst. Job Requirements: We are seeking a responsible and organized individual to join our collections department, who will also provide administrative support across various operational tasks. Responsibilities Customer collections management (via phone and/or email). Current account follow-up. Preparation and monitoring of collections reports. General Administrative Tasks: Liaison with accounting firms, tax calendar management. Basic reconciliations – document control – support to other administrative departments. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of prior collections experience (mandatory). • Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (mandatory): formulas, filters, pivot tables. • Organized, methodical, and responsible profile. • Strong communication, negotiation, and results-oriented skills. • Ability to manage task tracking and deadlines.
