Excellent working environment Description: We are a growing foam rubber manufacturing facility located in Greater Buenos Aires (GBA) West. We seek to hire a Chemical Engineer with a laboratory-oriented profile to join our production team. The selected candidate will receive training from our team on the foam rubber curing process. Prior experience in this field is not mandatory, but a meticulous, orderly profile and solid laboratory training are essential. RESPONSIBILITIES: Participate in the foam rubber production (curing) process Quality control of raw materials and finished products Laboratory formulation handling and tracking Recording and documentation of tests, measurements, and results Monitoring and control of production process variables Collaborate with the plant team on continuous process improvement MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (completed) Laboratory handling experience Highly detail-oriented and tidy profile Ability to accurately record and document data Methodical, organized, and responsible individual DESIRED (NON-MANDATORY) REQUIREMENTS: Experience in the polyurethane or foam rubber industry Knowledge of foaming processes Proficiency in laboratory instrumentation for physical and chemical testing WE OFFER: Fixed salary under formal employment contract Comprehensive company-provided training on the production process Opportunity to join a growing factory with development potential Excellent working environment Work Mode: Full time - Formal employment contract Location: GBA West Immediate start We seek a committed individual with strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
