Position Summary: We are seeking a Base Manager to lead the overall operation of a Transportation and Logistics business unit, managing personnel and ensuring regulatory compliance. LAC (Luis A. Carrizo y Cía. SRL.) is currently looking for a BASE MANAGER to join one of our main Transportation and Logistics business units. Main Responsibilities: Lead the overall base operation, ensuring compliance with operational and administrative procedures. Manage personnel under supervision. Coordinate and liaise with staff areas: Central Transport Administration, Human Capital, Maintenance Services, and other LAC Group departments. Maintain union relations in coordination with HR and Human Capital. Ensure municipal, provincial, and national permits in collaboration with respective departments. Supervise inventory controls for tires, workshops, fuel, urea, and other items. Guarantee operational safety and environmental conditions at the base. Ensure compliance with ISO 9000, 14000, 39000, and 45000 standards, as well as future certifications. Meet the KPIs defined within the business unit’s Management by Objectives framework. Ensure general facility maintenance and supplier development. Requirements: Tertiary or university degree in Logistics, Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Advanced proficiency in management tools. Minimum 3–4 years of experience in similar positions. Demonstrable knowledge of Cargo Transportation (general and hazardous goods) — mandatory requirement. Autonomous, proactive profiles with excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and results-oriented skills will be valued. Residence in Santa Rosa (La Pampa) or nearby areas. Willingness to travel to the Central Office in Colonia Caroya (Córdoba).
