With offices in Buenos Aires and Córdoba, we serve the local market through our team of over 150 engineers. **Job Description** **Position Objective:** Collaborate on improvement projects for workstations and assembly lines, ensuring the technical, economic, and operational viability of proposed solutions. Act as the liaison among engineering, production, and suppliers to guarantee correct implementation of new machinery, modifications, and processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze real-time production line performance and propose improvements for future optimization. * Design or modify workstations and machinery according to newly launched vehicles, evaluating technical and economic impact. * Request quotations and define the most viable solution (machinery modification or replacement). * Coordinate the design, manufacturing, supplier validation, installation, and commissioning of new productive solutions. * Evaluate the possibility of sharing assembly stations across different vehicle models, performing 3D simulations to validate interferences and part compatibility. * Conduct theoretical time studies to optimize assembly processes. * Develop FOPs (Flow of Production documents) to anticipate issues, define operation sheets, tools, torque specifications, and assembly times. * Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to ensure proper implementation of changes. **Requirements** * **Academic Qualification:** Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Automotive or auto parts industry * **Technical Knowledge:** Assembly fixtures, assembly process engineering, and ergonomic simulations. * **Key Competencies:** Operator ergonomics and safety orientation, ability to work on the shop floor, handling of technical documentation. * **Software:** CATIA **Additional Information** Work Location: Córdoba Work Mode: Full On-site \- Full-time
