Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative/accounting professional to manage daily operations, including taxes, accounting, payroll processing, and supplier/customer management. Key Highlights: 1. Organized, methodical profile with attention to detail **We are looking for an administrative/accounting professional to join our team on-site to manage the company's daily operations.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Taxes and Accounting: Full management on AFIP platforms. VAT settlement, F. 931 filing, and strict monitoring of tax deadline schedules. * Payroll Processing: Tracking of working hours, salary calculation, and continuous review of union updates and increases. * Supplier and Customer Management: Management of current accounts, processing supplier payments, and recording customer collections in the system. * Daily Operations: Entry of purchase and sales invoices, and performance of bank reconciliations. **Candidate Requirements:** * Solid accounting knowledge. * Proven experience managing administrative/accounting systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Organized, methodical profile with attention to detail. **Employment Conditions:** Work Mode: 100% on-site. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00, and Saturdays, 8:00–12:00. Work Location: Coverage for San Fernando and Escobar areas (with availability to occasionally attend the Escobar office).
