Job Summary: This role focuses on maintaining technical expertise in product applications, collaborating with sales to strengthen brand image, and delivering demonstrations and training to customers and distributors. It takes the imagination and passion of all of us—from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year—to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities. **Job Description** =================== **Key Activities and Responsibilities** * Maintain a high level of technical expertise and skill across all product applications, and a high level of professional experience through familiarity with industry trends and related scientific literature. * Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives to strengthen our brand image with customers. Work jointly on action plans and conduct demonstrations to ensure sales closure, provide post-sales follow-up, and/or retraining. * Collaborate with the sales team when engaging customers, aligning functions according to the opportunity development stage (BDWoS). Emphasize the importance of user education on best practices, training on correct device usage, and other related activities. * Develop training programs for customers and distributors. * Deliver content and support to groups of healthcare professionals, seminars, and product demonstrations, and provide on-site technical coaching to the sales and distributor teams. * Support the execution of product implementation strategies and account retention initiatives. * Lead the planning and execution of consulting services. **Education and Prior Experience** * Academic background as a biochemist or phlebotomy technician. * Experience in similar roles or performing benchwork and blood collection duties. * English proficiency preferred. **Why Join Us?** ================ To find purpose in the possibilities, we need people who can see the bigger picture, who understand the human story that underpins everything we do.
