Data analysis for decision-making Business Unit: Latin America Operations Location: Plottier, AR, 8316 Travel: None Req ID: 4027 **Procurement/Purchasing** ========================== **Job Summary** -------------------------- This position will be responsible for executing the request and procurement processes related to vehicle fleet maintenance, purchasing PPE, electricity, and other sector-related procurements. **Key Responsibilities and Tasks** ------------------------------------------ * Fleet management (administering and tracking over 100 light vehicles) * Coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance * Ensuring operational availability while minimizing downtime * Cost control (maintenance, repairs, tires, associated services) * Preparing and analyzing price comparisons * Supplier management and evaluation * Procurement negotiation and strategy * Reporting/KPIs and data-driven action-taking * End-to-end material procurement management **Requirements** -------------- * Academic qualification: Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Mechanical Technician * More than 3 years of work experience in procurement or fleet management (Mandatory) * Experience in supplier negotiation (Mandatory) * Experience in Oil \& Gas or companies with distributed fleets (Desirable) * Excellent interpersonal/communication skills * SAP knowledge – Procurement module * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Intermediate English proficiency **Physical Requirements** ------------------------- **About Us:** **Transforming Energy for a Sustainable Future.** Enerflex is a premier integrated global provider of energy infrastructure solutions, covering gas processing, compression, power generation, refrigeration, cryogenic, energy transition, and water solutions.
