Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Operations Supervisor for an ethanol company, responsible for overseeing operations, coordinating processes, monitoring systems, and verifying industrial safety standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise daily logistics operations at the plant. 2. Coordinate material receipt, unloading, storage, and dispatch. 3. Monitor corn quality and resolve operational incidents. We are seeking a Logistics Operations Supervisor to work with a leading ethanol industry company: Responsibilities: -Supervise daily operations of the plant's logistics departments. -Coordinate receipt, unloading, storage, and dispatch of materials and products. -Monitor proper use of stock tracking and control systems (ST). -Supervise operator performance and compliance with procedures. -Verify correct application of industrial safety standards and PPE usage. -Resolve operational incidents involving transporters, drivers, and documentation. -Monitor quality of incoming corn for production. -Prepare and submit operational reports and summaries to administrative coordination and management. Requirements: Hold a technical diploma, a degree in logistics, or an Agricultural Engineering degree. Proven experience in silo and grain storage management, supervision of grain receipt and dispatch.
