Position Summary: Coordinates commercial logistics planning tasks, managing sales, after-sales, and the supply chain. Key Highlights: 1. Manages sales and logistics, including transportation and order coordination. 2. Collaborates in coordinating warehouse tasks and tracking. 3. Handles after-sales activities, delivery note control, and freight tracking. Position Objective: Organizes and coordinates commercial logistics planning tasks. Description: Sales and Logistics Management: • Receiving and printing Purchase Orders; sending them to Accounts Receivable for verification. • Logistics: Sourcing trucks for various destinations (4–5 trucks per day), both for flour and pellets. Coordinating the CÓRDOBA zone loading plan based on issued orders and area-specific convenience. Coordinates and plans with Production and Quality departments. • Communicating with sales representatives to inform them of loading and transportation dates for their orders. • Truck intake for flour and pellets: weighing and approval. Conducting truck dispatch with corresponding weight approval. • Collaborating with warehouse supervisors to coordinate warehouse tasks and tracking. After-Sales Management: • Verifying goods receipt and notifying sales representatives. • Recording pending shipments for tracking and subsequent entry; notifying sales representatives. • Delivery note vs. loading control; loading verification and comparison against loading tickets and weights. • Freight rate and unloading cost tracking; identifying optimal rates. • Managing ITV, RUTA, and SENASA vehicle and trailer authorization for company trucks. • Coordinating with “Changarines” (freelance loaders). • Warehouse FIFO control: finished product and packaging inflow and outflow.
