Joining YPF means becoming part of a project that combines experience, passion, and the energy required to keep building our future! **What Are We Looking For?** We are currently seeking a Crane Operator — Heavy-Lift Crane Operator to join our Operations team. **What Do We Value as a Differentiator?** * Knowledge: Valid certification for operating cranes of 130 tons or more (Mandatory) · Demonstrable experience operating medium- and heavy-lift cranes · Familiarity with safety protocols for lifting operations · Experience in Oil & Gas projects, industrial assembly, or heavy construction (desirable) · Familiarity with 130-ton cranes or similar models — Liebherr, Tadano, Terex, Grove, or others (non-mandatory). * Competencies: Operational profile, responsible and strongly committed to field safety · Genuine availability and flexibility to work under an on-site rotation schedule · Ability to work autonomously and coordinate effectively with the supervision team · Proactivity and willingness to learn about new equipment. **What Will Be Your Main Challenges?** * Operate 130-ton cranes with precision while adhering to the highest safety standards for every lifting maneuver. * Adapt to diverse site contexts with dynamic work schedules depending on the ongoing project. * Ensure proper care and operational maintenance of your assigned equipment, promptly reporting any issues to your supervisor. * Travel to assigned sites according to the current rotation schedule, primarily within the Neuquén region. * Collaborate closely with the supervision team and site representatives to ensure safe and efficient task execution. * Participate in technical training sessions provided by the equipment manufacturer to maximize operational performance. **Position Information** * Work Location: Canning, Province of Buenos Aires — primary operations in Neuquén and other locations depending on active projects. * Employment Mode: On-site — rotation-based schedule.
