The candidate must be able to manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate internal and contractor resources, make decisions in a dynamic environment, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. **What will be your main challenges?** * Achieve and ensure area production plans. * Lead and develop the operational team. * Coordinate production, well intervention, and well optimization activities. * Manage performance indicators, costs, and operational efficiency. * Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environment (SSHE) standards. * Coordinate with contractors and support areas to guarantee operational continuity. * Identify opportunities for improvement and production maximization. **What do we value as differentiators?** * Education: Engineer (graduation is mandatory). * Language: English (not mandatory). * Experience: 3–5 years in the Oil \& Gas industry, leading production teams. **Position Information** * Work location: Rincón de Los Sauces, Neuquén * Work modality: On-site * Willingness to travel: Yes, occasionally. * People reporting to this role: Yes, supervisory personnel is coordinated.
