Job Summary: Responsible for identifying, developing, and managing procurement activities, negotiating with suppliers, and overseeing contract compliance, with a focus on continuous improvement. Performance analysis and proposal of continuous improvements Main Responsibilities: Identify procurement needs in coordination with various departments. Develop procurement activities abroad. Request and analyze supplier quotations and proposals. Negotiate commercial terms (price, delivery timelines, quality, payment conditions). Issue and track purchase orders. Conduct product/supplier/timeline comparisons. Evaluate and approve suppliers. Manage inventory levels in coordination with warehouse/logistics. Monitor compliance with contracts and framework agreements. Analyze performance indicators (costs, delivery times, incidents). Ensure adherence to internal policies and applicable regulations.
