**We are looking for Attorneys!** **Job Description:** We are seeking Attorneys to represent the company in signing rental contracts as guarantor. The main function involves attending real estate agencies, notary offices, and sealed units, ensuring all processes are carried out correctly and in accordance with established procedures. The work is conducted primarily from our offices in **Palermo,** with travel of up to 50 km around the Obelisk. During free periods outside office hours, the Attorney will also manage contract signings at our facilities. **Responsibilities:** * Represent the company professionally and courteously. * Sign rental contracts as guarantor at designated locations. * Follow internal procedures and ensure proper documentation of each transaction. **Requirements:** * Own transportation (car or motorcycle) required. * Availability to work on-site in **Palermo** and travel within the specified area. * Professionalism, responsibility, and good personal presentation. **Working Conditions:** * Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday and Saturdays from 10:00 to 13:00. * On-site work mode. * Travel expenses and mobility costs covered by the company.
