**MaxIT Consulting Max Corporate Group** is supporting an important **Consumer Product** industry client in an **SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration project**, and we are currently seeking a **Senior PMO Business Manager** to join the team. * **Start**: End of December 2025 / early January 2026 * **Work Mode**: Hybrid, Pacheco and Olivos areas \| up to 3 times per week onsite * **Duration**: 12 months * **Engagement**: Full-time Freelance (part-time or on-demand arrangements not accepted) **Role: PMO Business Manager \| Project Manager S/4HANA Project** The PMO Business Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating the Project Management Office (PMO) within the SAP initiative, ensuring that project activities are fully aligned with business strategic objectives. They will oversee planning, budget management, overall tracking, risk mitigation, and executive communication across involved departments. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead the SAP Project Office (PMO), ensuring adherence to schedules, deliverables, and quality standards. * Supervise comprehensive planning: roadmap, milestones, and interdependencies among SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HR, etc.). * Manage project budget, including costs, forecasts, and variances. * Monitor risks and issues, ensuring mitigation plans and timely escalation. * Coordinate communication between business units, IT, SAP consultants, and executive leadership. * Prepare and present executive reports, KPIs, and project financial status. * Ensure proper documentation, change control, and project governance. * Support organizational change management (OCM) and internal communications activities. * Implement and maintain project management tools (MS Project, Jira, SAP Activate, among others). * Facilitate internal and external audits related to the SAP project. **Profile Requirements** * 5+ years managing complex projects (ideally ERP/SAP). * Prior experience in SAP implementations (S/4HANA preferred). * Experience in corporate PMO or Business Management Office. * Knowledge of planning processes, budgetary control, risk management, and executive reporting. * Advanced English reading comprehension for SAP documentation. **How to Apply?** Send us your CV through this channel along with: * Hourly rate in AR$ * Availability * Brief summary of your experience leading PMO or Business Management in SAP projects
