Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior PMO Cutover Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute cutover activities for an SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration project, ensuring a smooth transition and operational continuity. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the smooth transition and operational continuity of the SAP system. 2. Leads the planning and execution of the Cutover Plan in an S/4HANA project. 3. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams and external vendors. **MaxIT Consulting Max Corporate Group** is supporting a major client in the **Consumer Products** industry with an **SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration project**, and we are currently looking for a **Senior PMO Cutover Manager** to join the team. * **Start Date**: Late December 2025 / early January 2026 * **Work Mode**: Hybrid (Pacheco and Olivos areas) | up to 3 days per week onsite * **Duration**: 12 months * **Engagement**: Full-time Freelance (part-time or on-demand arrangements are not accepted) **Role: PMO Cutover Manager for S/4HANA Project** You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all cutover-related activities between the current systems and the new SAP environment. Your mission is to ensure a seamless transition, minimize risks, and guarantee operational continuity during go-live. Additionally, you will support the PMO in governance and overall project tracking. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and manage the Cutover Plan, defining milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and success criteria. * Coordinate activities with functional, technical, BASIS, data migration, testing, infrastructure, and business teams. * Integrate cutover plans from various SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, etc.) into a master plan. * Coordinate and execute mock runs, validating results and adjusting future iterations. * Manage the go-live window, overseeing timelines, resources, and incidents. * Manage communication and progress reporting to the PMO and Steering Committee. * Oversee contingency and rollback plans in case of production go-live failures. * Collaborate on UAT strategies, data migration, and business readiness. * Document lessons learned and prepare the post-cutover report. **Profile Requirements** * 5+ years of experience managing SAP projects. * Participation in at least 2 projects in the role of Cutover Manager. * Experience in SAP S/4HANA or ECC implementations or rollouts. * In-depth knowledge of migration, testing, integration, and go-live management processes. * Strong ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external vendors. * Excellent skills in planning, communication, risk management, and decision-making under pressure. * Advanced reading comprehension level of English for SAP documentation. **How to Apply?** Please send your CV through this same channel along with: * Hourly rate in AR$ * Availability * Brief description of your cutover project experience
