




Job Summary: We are seeking a commercially oriented candidate with experience in sales, team leadership, operational store management, inventory control, and process compliance for a retail chain. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership and development of sales and operations teams. 2. End-to-end store management, from sales to inventory control. 3. Results-oriented commercial focus and adherence to processes. • Commercially focused profile, monitoring Sales Advisory, 5-Step Sales Process, cross-selling, and achievement of commercial objectives. • Sales process implementation and control. • Organization and supervision of team work across all positions; training team members on tasks and responsibilities; identifying individual strengths and weaknesses; interpersonal and conflict management skills; leadership. • Monitoring store development and compliance with product display procedures; compliance with maintenance procedures. • Daily cash register closings, weekly cash audits. • Depositing cash from the branch. • Scheduling staff based on sales peak periods; managing and operating the time clock. • Responsible for store replenishment (ordering merchandise, inventory control, stock levels, stockouts, expired items, and consumables usage). • Developing high-potential personnel, onboarding new hires, and monitoring their progress. • Ensuring compliance with processes established by the retail chain. • 3 years of experience in similar positions. • Full-time availability. • Resident of Rosario city. -Requirements- Minimum Education: High School Diploma 3 years of experience Age: 25 years or older Keywords: boutique, store, shop, establishment, bazaar, bazzar
