




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented culinary professional with experience in preparing savory and sweet dishes, menu dispatch, and bakery and pastry preparation, ensuring cleanliness and stock control. Main Responsibilities *Preparation and production of savory and sweet dishes. *Dispatch of savory and sweet menu items. *Cooking and preparation of bakery and pastry products. *Stock and merchandise control. *Completion of opening, production, and closing checklists. *Adherence to presentation guidelines. *Preparation of specialty coffees. *Kitchen area cleaning and organization, complying with safety and hygiene standards (BPM). Requirements for the Position: *Minimum 2 years of prior experience in similar establishments (cafeteria kitchens, brunch venues, or fast-service restaurants) with a recognized track record. *Ability to work under pressure during peak dispatch hours. *Proactive, detail-oriented individual with a good work pace. *Food handling certification.
