Join our team!** **Location:** San Martín **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday **Working Hours:** 10 hours per day **Your role will be critical in ensuring quality, efficiency, and order in our product production.** Main Responsibilities: * Supervise the cooking of fillings, ensuring quality and correct timing. * Monitor yields and control waste. * Verify and record raw materials used each day. * Coordinate organization, cleaning, and order in the kitchen area. * Plan filling production and ensure continuity between both shifts. * Provide active leadership to the kitchen team across both shifts, promoting good practices and teamwork. **Requirements:** * Reside in San Martín * Proven experience in industrial kitchens or food manufacturing plants. * Knowledge of large-scale production processes, quality control, and hygiene standards. * Leadership, planning, and communication skills. * Availability to work weekends and rotating shifts Workplace: On-site employment
