




Job Summary: We are seeking an Internal Audit Supervisor to lead the execution of the audit plan, coordinate the team, and deliver value through risk identification and improvement proposals. The purpose of this role is to lead the execution of the internal audit plan, coordinate the team, ensure technical quality of work, and deliver value through risk identification, control assessment, and process improvement proposals across business operations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor team performance. Assign tasks and priorities. Participate in defining the audit plan. Ensure achievement of departmental objectives and deadlines. Actively participate in key audits. Ensure technical quality of analyses. Lead the documentation of critical business processes. Identify operational and asset-related risks. Detect inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Analyze effectiveness of existing controls. Consolidate team findings. Standardize audit methodologies. Interact with various business units. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in auditing. 1–2 years of experience supervising teams or projects. Experience in external auditing at a Big Four firm (preferred). Degree in Public Accounting (mandatory). Advanced Excel proficiency. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Quiter or similar).
