




Job Description: At Experis Argentina, we are seeking a **Field** **Support** **Engineer** to join a leading global technology and infrastructure company. Contract Type: Hiring through Experis Hybrid work model **Purpose** Provide end-to-end technical support to customers, ensuring rapid and effective resolution of hardware and software issues. This includes incident resolution, installations, updates, and escalations, while maintaining strong customer relationships and preserving the company’s reputation for service excellence. **Key Responsibilities** * Install, configure, and uninstall hardware and software solutions. * Perform microcode updates and release planning. * Resolve customer issues: data collection, technical analysis, documentation, and escalation. * Provide on-site and remote support for critical incidents. * Maintain accurate records of service requests and proactive actions. * Conduct performance monitoring and analysis. * Represent the technical support team in technical meetings with customers and internal teams. * Share knowledge and mentor less experienced engineers. * Identify opportunities for additional services and collaborate with internal teams. **Required Skills and Experience** * Minimum 5 years of experience in IT technical support. * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in IT environments. * Experience with Hitachi hardware and software solutions. * Knowledge of multiple operating systems and IP network troubleshooting. * Ability to work under pressure and during non-standard hours, including weekends and on-call shifts. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Fluent Spanish and English (desirable) * Mainframe knowledge is a plus. **Competencies** * Customer focus and relationship management * Analytical decision-making * Business acumen * Results orientation, organization, and teamwork **Benefits** Experis with you At Experis, we promote an inclusive and diverse culture grounded in respect and equal opportunity.
